Whether we are your Design advisors as part of a larger project, or as a stand-alone service, a dedicated Project Manager will call upon our in-house design experts as needed in order to walk you through each phase of your project. Your Project Manager will be with you from inception to completion and will be your Central Point of Contact (CPOC) so that you never have to wonder about the progress or status of your project. In addition, all of our projects have owner-oversight.

We encourage you to provide us with as much information as you can, with respect to your or your occupants’ “ideal” outdoor lifestyle/requirements. This will assist us in customizing our outdoor design to meet your needs and achieve your objectives. If you need help conceptualizing or making decisions that will give you the greatest return on your investment, we will happily guide you through a comprehensive checklist of landscape considerations.

Getting Started With Your Landscaping Design, Pool Or Spa Project

We encourage those considering a project in the next 3-12 months to contact us so that we may determine, via a brief telephone conversation with one of our Project Managers, whether an in-person visit makes sense. If it does, an onsite consultation will be scheduled with one of our Project Estimators.

Our consultations typically last approximately one hour and require the property owner(s) to be present, along with any additional decision makers who will be involved with the project. The consultations are friendly, informal and interactive experiences. Our Project Manager will do a walk-through of the property with you, and will then sit with you to discuss options, preferences, timing, and to answer any questions you may have.
